Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

You will receive your order in 3-7 business days after it leaves our warehouse.  (please keep in mind that during the holidays, the post office is extremely busy)

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $10.50 - $12.50 flat rate priority shipping for all orders due to our product being all natural. Due to our products being all natural.

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery at this time.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerrelations@thenourishedtouch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
